The history of the development of the Vosges industrial fabric is fascinating. Starch factories occupied a preponderant place. During your visit, you will be able to understand why this industry has developed so quickly in our territory and follow the stages in the manufacture of this white gold that was once starch. You will also be able to discover some of the tools used for potato cultivation during the last century.
